Nike DUNK LOW RETRO – Midas Gold 2021

The Nike Dunk Low “Midas Gold” is a two-tone yellow and red version of Nike’s low-top shoe. The Midas Gold is an unofficial tribute to the team uniform colors of the USC Trojans (or perhaps Iowa State Cyclones) college basketball team, and is arranged in a two-tone color block made popular by the college basketball-inspired Dunks from 1985’s “Be True to Your School” collection (s). Midas Gold leather is used for the perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and heel. The overlays and Swoosh branding are made of contrasting Tough Red leather. The heel is embroidered with gold “Nike” detailing and the gold nylon tongue tag has red “Nike” and Swoosh insignias. Red laces are worn over a yellow nylon tongue to complete the two-tone design. The appearance is completed by a white rubber midsole and a Tough Red-colored outsole.
